School Again

Where did the summer go? I don't think we had enough time to play and now we need to get back to the books and routine. I enjoyed the days with my sweet family but had to few of them to get back to the south.
I missed those humid days, air filled with the smell of fresh green, sweet honeysuckle mixed with magnolias....I love you Tennessee. See you this fall.
Here's to a productive year of learning.Go kids! Make it count.

Hello I'm Amy.
This is my first attempt in this virtual world of sharing. I don't really know how this works but I am throwing myself in and will learn as I go. I am very excited and I must say quite nervous as to how I will be received.  I was watching TV with my husband this morning when I saw a feature story on blogging. Something clicked. 
 So here I am. Hoping I have something to say that you want to hear. I have a perspective that I want to share to whomever wants to read and frankly this is cheaper than a therapist by what I've heard. All kidding aside, I have always had a strong opinion. I have also tried to hold it in unless asked although over the years  I have given my opinion when it would have served well to keep my mouth shut. Live, learn and move on.
I have great passion for people and things that I love. when I put my heart out there I given it openly. I have an amazing family. Amazing in the sense that they are colorful,interesting  and always there.I have been blessed with many great people in my life. As my husband says "there is family we are born into and family that we choose".
I may be late to the party but I bring champagne in hand!
This is going to be fun......
